With 24 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, I've had the privilege of working in both critical care at the bedside and pulmonary function clinics, where I've seen firsthand the powerful connection between breath and the mind. Initially, I believed that shortness of breath stemmed solely from medical conditions, but over time, I discovered that many patients’ symptoms were deeply rooted in Emotional Footprints®, negative patterns and false beliefs shaped by past experiences, often presenting as anxiety, breathlessness, and chest tightness.

Helping You Rewire Your Mind & Unlock True Freedom. For most of my life, I believed success was a matter of working harder, pushing through, and forcing things into place. And for a while, that belief served me. One year, I had my best real estate year ever, selling 44 homes. The next year, I only sold one. Something unseen was sabotaging me.
I didn’t know it at the time, but my subconscious was running a program that kept me stuck. No matter how much I wanted success, an invisible force was pulling me back into old patterns. That’s when I started searching for something.
At a seminar, I met Dr. Konstantine Bisbikos, creator of the Biko Method. He invited me to experience it for myself, and after just one session, I felt a shift that was impossible to ignore. I came in wanting to fix my performance blocks at work. What I didn’t expect was that a lifelong fear of public speaking, something I had struggled with since I was a kid, completely disappeared. I went from sweaty palms and stumbling over my words to speaking in front of a room as naturally as if I were talking to a close friend. That’s when I knew this work was different.
Now, as a Biko Method practitioner, I help athletes and those overcoming addiction break free from the patterns that keep them stuck. Athletes train relentlessly but often sabotage themselves in critical moments, not because they lack skill, but because their subconscious programming is running an outdated survival response. Those struggling with addiction aren’t just battling substances; they’re trying to escape an emotional reality that feels too painful to face. But what if freedom wasn’t about resisting or fighting harder? What if it was about shifting what’s happening at the source?
This work isn’t about surface-level motivation or forcing willpower. It’s about rewiring the subconscious mind, releasing the root causes of fear, self-sabotage, and emotional loops, and allowing you to finally step into your highest potential.
I create a space that is safe, judgment-free, and deeply transformational. People who work with me don’t just feel better, they become free.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m a husband, a dad, and someone who believes that true success isn’t about external achievements. It’s about who you become when nothing is holding you back.
If you’re ready to step into that version of yourself, let’s talk.
